The Earth Tire Foundation is an Illinois Not-For-Profit Corporation. Our legal Counsel has filed applications on our behalf for 501(c)(3) status. All monies received through donations and sales of our products are used to offset administrative costs, compensate the numerous talented Artists that provide us with the myriad of designs that we offer through our AdverTires!™, support our website, pay for the Thank-you gifts and related shipping and postage charges, and costs related to printing and dissemination of materials for our various public informational and educational campaigns.

We are working relentlessly to get the word out about our endeavors. The Veteran's Assistance Commission of Lake County here in northern Illinois has already loaned us motorized wheel chairs, with some scooters on the way, so that we can design and perfect our modular work stations that will be ergonomically laid out to accommodate various disabilities.

This Foundation, like all others, continues to have business related expenses, which grow with our ambition to build out a model facility to employ Disabled American Veterans.
